Originally from Rhinebeck NY, Seth worked her family businesses – McGuire Excavation and Olde Mill Wine & Spirits; she startedseth in the restaurant industry when she was 17, working in the kitchen and moving out to serving and bartending when 18. Throughout the years Seth has also managed and consulted for restaurants. She has been in the industry for 28 years.

 

Seth attended Williston Northampton Prep School in Easthampton Massachusetts and continued on to Dutchess Community College where she attained her Associates Degree in Commercial Art. Painting and drawing are her specialty; currently she has finished a mural and working on commissioned private pieces.

Seth spent 11 years working for Eber Bros. Wine & Liquor Distributor – Guilderland, NY where she was in the top 5 salespeople out of the state and the only women in that segment. She resigned to raise her twin girls who are now 10. Seth has worked with Mionetto and Joseph Carr in the last few years and bartends at Saratoga Race Course, where she loves being part of the community.

The fall of 2015 Seth partnered up with Artisan Chef Mark Graham, ‘Best Chefs America’, of the Capital Region to create Graham and McGuire ‘A Food & Wine Experience’. Seth brings her years of wine knowledge and experience to pair up with Chef Mark’s incredible creations. Graham and McGuire offer private wine dinners for unique in-home dining experiences or business client dinners.
